Remote Learning Week 2: Agenda for 3/23-27

Hi,

I can't begin to tell you all how proud I am of how all of you have rallied to manage all the content that is being thrown at you by teachers and family as we are all trying to figure out this new normal.

As I mentioned in my post on Friday, 3/20, I will only be posting assignments on the class website once a week in an effort to keep things simple. You will likely have a discussion topic due on Tuesdays and an assignment due on Fridays each week. All links are available on the class website, so I will not be emailing the agenda anymore, only a reminder that I have updated it.

As always please email me with any questions during my virtual office hours: 10 a.m.-12 p.m. Mondays-Fridays. I will regularly check my email during those days and hours only. Any emails received outside those hours will be answered the following work day. I will not be checking school voicemail - only email. You may email me at: browns@pvpusd.net.

March 23-27 Assignments

1. Respond to the discussion thread on Turnitin.com by Tuesday, 3/24.

2. Complete any remaining spiral work from the Stages of Grief PowerPoint, the TCITR class work PowerPoint , and Videos for Setting and Significance in your spiral. Use the Genius Scan app to take photos of the spiral work. This app is free and allows you to combine photos into one PDF! (Apple store link) (Google Play Store link)

3. Upload the spiral work PDF to Turnitin.com by Friday, 3/27 at 11:59p.m.

*Reminder, I will temporarily excuse students who had makeup tests to complete or were missing a grammar packet (I have a few with no name in my classroom). If, and when, we return to campus you will have an opportunity to earn those points.
